Delete Your Account

You can delete your PokeRummy account and its data at any time, from the website or the app.

On the website

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open your Profile and select Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  3. Confirm. If your account has an email address, we send a confirmation link to it — open it within 24 hours to finish. Accounts without an email address confirm on the same screen.

In the app

Open Settings and tap Delete Account, then confirm the same way.

What is deleted

  • Your account, username, avatar and email address
  • Your chip balance and in-game purchases
  • Your stats, rewards progress and your personal match history
  • Your push notification registrations

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

  • Payment records held by Apple, Google or our payment provider, as required by law
  • Records of matches you played, including your username and moves, kept in our game logs to investigate cheating and abuse
  • Limited technical records used to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, multiple accounts on one device)

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it, then follow the steps above.
